Nutrition for Children

Most parents like to see their children become fat. It’s not good for children. Most fat children are facing some heath problems in their younger ages. Like diabetic, high blood pressure .Main reason for this is the food that they took in their childhood.

Most parents use to give their children to eat sort eats, pre-cook foods, chocolates, ready to eat foods. Most of these foods are consists of sugar, salt, fat and artificial flavors only. It doesn’t contain main nutrition and vitamins minerals.

So parents need to be more focus about their children meals. If we can give them natural vegetarian foods, it’s good for children health in future.
